I’ve not been giddy about Christmas since I’ve been about 12, but seeing the PowerStrider jumping stilts sparks anew the exciting possibilities of the holiday season.

John Herrman over at Gizmodo recently reviewed the M115s which sparked my interest in the PowerStriders, and it can be read Here.

Apart from just the sheer awesomeness of wearing a quasi pogo stick set of stilts, the PowerStriders have been used in some pretty impressive stunting, a little of what you can see from the Poweriser Showteam Europe – Paris 2008. Parkour fusion anyone?

Though I’d personally be afraid to break my neck in a pair of these things, for the price point of $250 USD, the offer is almost too good to pass up. So, I’ll be heading to the insurance agent to up my life insurance policy and shortly thereafter place my order!
