Here at 1-800-HOSTING, we strive to make sure our employees are satisfied. Creating group incentives that keep our employees happy across the board is difficult as everyone is motivated and responds differently. Nevertheless, one thing is sure, everyone enjoys a vacation. Luckily, for those of us who make it to the magical 5 year mark, we enjoy a company sponsored trip to a destination of our choice. In the past, many have chosen Hawaii, and when I reached 5 years of tenure last August I started thinking about where I would like to go. I don’t really understand New Year’s resolutions. Many individuals feel the sudden urge to “change their lifestyle” or “quit the habits” with hopes that sometime during the upcoming calender year, these goals will be reached and their lives will be enriched. I’m a huge fan of goals and I think everyone needs them, whether long or short-term. However, why does it take the turn of the year to initiate any action? (more…)

The Drupal content management system is software that makes it easy to build a great looking website. With Drupal, you can create pages using templates and easily add content using the admin control panel. In my opinion, it is a good choice for all types of sites such as blogs, portals, corporate or government sites. (more…)
